We got 1 1/2 runs out of the Cobra and I snaped a rocker stud on the passenger side. Well we hope its the stud and not the rocker..lol. but something is diffenitly bouncing around in the valve cover Well the first run was in the 11's but not near where I wanted to be, due to it is running to rich in the bottom end of the rpm scale, so next time I go to the track, I am going to employ the service of the Gasketmaster to get my car down the track even faster

Jordan should be posting a pic of my Cobra on the trailer sometime soon

Thanks for the trailer use Big E.

Thanks guys, I will be pulling the valve cover off on monday to see the damage, hopefully nothing too serious, rocker stud is easy to replace.

Well, later in the night, one of those race prepped Hondas oiled down the right lane's burnout box with the contents of its crankcase. They had to run singles for a long time. We were joking that at least it wasn't ALL FORD that did it this time...

Well the Cobra is up and running strong again, after taking the valve cover off on the passanger side, what I saw was umm........mystifying to say the least. What happened was that the small allenwrench nut that sits inside the rocker stud lash nut somehow fell out, which cause the rocker stud lash nut to loosen in turn cause the rocker to start going crazy Took me 5 minutes to fix and an hour to put the car back together, then I was on the road. Met Phil at Startbucks and took him for a ride to test it out and the Cobra performed awesome
