I know you will all laugh, but which way does the thermostat go in a 94' GT? Just for piece of mind! I recently did a fox intake conversion(everyone should), and I put a 180 degree thermostat in. It takes forever to warm up, the gauge fluctuates to almost the red line, then it'll cool off for a while. I don't know if the stat is sticking, the water pump is going bad, or if there is air in the system. My fan seems to not run very long, could the stat make it do that??? It's on for 5 to 10 seconds. The pump isn't making much, if any, noise. It's hard to tell w/ cause my idler pulley is a little noisy, but it always has been. please help, I'm pulling my hair out and I need all I have left!!
