I have a buddy that is going to put a turbo on his 94 GT

Currently he has Trickflow heads and a cam, maybe some shorty headers. Stock everything else.

How much boost will he need to make 500rwhp.

Im thinking this is more hp/boost than what he really needs, but what do i know.

Im thinking hes going to need 18psi at least.

Im just looking for rough estimates. No hard numbers are necessary.

Thanks.

More like 8 psi. It's a Mustang, not a Honda.

Hey Adam. I sent you a PM. I'm getting an alignment on friday and I was wondering what you used for alignment specs. Your suspension is practically identical to mine.

8-10 PSI will get it really close. His headers wont matter w/ a turbo b/c it all gets replaced w/ the exhaust piping from the turbo anyway. Whats he have for an intake? I assume its not stock if he has aftermarket heads. H/C/I swap with 8-10 PSI on turbo is well within range of 500 HP

I think this is about 8psi with GT-40Ps. 124mph is easily 500rwhp.

Actually its 12 to 13 psi so my vote is about 10 psi with twisted wedges but it will depend on the tune so there is no exact answer
