Okay I finally have time and some money to do a couple extra things. I am going to get my car buffed out because I ran though wet paint about a year ago. I am thinking about buying a hammer shifter and shift light. I don't want a big shift light I just want a little one that I can mount somewhere by the steering wheel. I was also thinking of moving the battery to the trunk. How much will this really help me out? Also I want to remove some weight. Can anyone give me a list of things that are easy to remove. I have more questions but I will ask them later. And where is the cheapest place to buy this stuff?

It really depends on what you are going to bypass and if you have underdrive pulleys or not. Take a string, run it around the pulleys in the way you'd route the belt (bypassing whatever you want) and mark the end. Then measure that. Then all you do is goto an autoparts store and ask for a belt that length with the width/ribs that a 94-95 mustang has.

well... are you going to keep the A/C, P/S, and smog pump? Thoes are about the only thing you can bypass. If you dont have emissions tests in AZ then you can get rid of all the smog crap to lose some weight and clean up the engine bay then just take out the pump and re-route the belt around the other pullies.

Yes he has emissions tests in Gilbert I'm pretty sure. Just wondering... how do you have 968 posts and don't know what you need to run? Not trying to sound mean but it seems like a post like this comes up all the time.

Yes I have to pass emissions here so there is now way I get rid of the smog. I have have really messed with the belt or really read what I need to run. I just have seen people run thing differents ways. 968 posts doesnt mean anything. I could have 0 for all I care.
