https://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/pts/d/1976-ford-mustang-ii-all/6635500250.html Surprisingly clean II at a salvage yard in Dallas. I won't buy it because of the potential nightmares involved in getting it re-titled in Texas, but for states with lax or no title laws for vintage vehicles this could be a steal.

Ok, so it's not a II, but I WANT IT!!!!
Backstory: before I got my hands on my first V8 II and my second one overall, I come across one of these at my local Ford dealer. I wanted it pretty bad but wasn't able to get financing. Now my current situation dictates another no-go!! I could scream!! This could be one bad-ass ride!!!!

Here's a new one in Woodstock, GA for $2500. Original 302 4speed car, swapped to an auto.....
More pics in the listing. Looks to have a King hatch now, but the pics look like a pretty clean, fairly stock car with the pedals and clutch cable still there! Maybe one could get lucky, if they were so inclined, that you may be able to get a hold of the rest of the necessary components to swap back to a manual or do a T5 swap? If I had the extra money laying around I don't think this one would be available for long!!!

I think this was posted in one of the Facebook II pages, but it's also posted in the Atlanta Craigslist. So, for those who haven't seen this yet, 3 Kings for one price!!

(My work computer won't let me copy/paste pics, I'll try to update later!!)

Restrictions on the work computer, can't share pics right now. Looks like it used to be a black hatchback with a V6 4 speed that they painted white with red Lemans stripes. It looks pretty good in the pics, they're asking $2500 and it's near Macon, GA. I'll try to remember to share pics when I get home from work.

This guy...

Wants $8k, and claims everything's original except the wheels... while it's missing an A/C compressor and has an air cleaner on it that won't pass state inspection in Texas.

Kinda think they're asking a bit much for a 4 cylinder ($4k), but here's one that doesn't look like it's in too bad of shape in the Atlanta metro....

Yeah, he's insane. I've brought home two running/driving V8 cars for $1000 and $3000 respectively, no way I'd pay $4k for a non-running 2.3L car, even if it is the non-Ghia coupe I've been wanting forever.

1977/78 Mustang II 'no rear 'Has front end 'no wrecks' Has key 'no title 'solid floors drag it home today 200 cash or trade even or better for guns no motor or trans
dallas.craigslist.org

That's so cheap I just might try to scheme up somewhere to put it to build a budget drag car... I have almost everything for it... Wet sand the whole thing and shoot it in matte clear for patina... We're talking the roll cage and fiberglass front would be the expensive parts of this car...

Would be neat,
no steering, engine mounts and no floor means it was never finished?
On the bright side...
It does have a mustang ii front suspension (ok its was a dumb joke).

I've seen that somewhere before.... maybe in one of the Facebook groups? It doesn't look bad at all, but they're out of their damned mind with the description!!
