Complete 1978 Mustang II 302 V8 Engine & Transmission Assembly Cobra 2 King 1977 | eBay

This is the 302 V-8 with C4 Automatic Transmission. I do not know the miles on it. It was saved for a project that never happened. If you want to swap your Mustang II to a V8, then this has pretty much all you need.
rover.ebay.com

If any of you are looking for V8 swap parts... there's almost ALL of it in a bundle for a hell of a price.

Here is one in north Alabama near Tennessee. It's currently on Ebay. It's a "salt free" V-8 coupe.

This 1978 M II is on auction again. Last night in the description it named the deadbeat bidder (pgoebel2004) but I guess that Ebay may have edited it out. Here is the new link.

I might just have to purchase it myself. I do have a running 1978 302 sitting around. I bet if it was running and driving it would be easier to sell. I don't bump into very many DIYers these days that work on there own stuff or project vehicles. I'll fix it, use it some and then sell it!

My very first II was a Ghia with a fold down rear seat, I've not seen another in person. But then again I've only had 3 coupes, the others were all hatch cars. And, at least in the last few years, all I've seen is hatch cars - no coupes anywhere in person.

That's still $2k for a no-title non-runner with a 4-banger. I wouldn't pay it, but then again, we now live in an era where I've turned down $6k for a II that I paid $3k for and thought I overpaid at the time.

$2k seem like it might be a little steep given the fact that they don't have the keys, it needs a complete restoration, and is for local buyers only. THAT doesn't sound suspicious at all - especially with pics that are over 6 years old...….
