Crash! can the catback be rebent?

I hope not cause it's stock and i'm looking to upgrade. From what i can tell without a lift the pipe is rubbing on the axel and looks to be bent in 2 places. I'm going to need new front & rear bumper covers so I have to go through insurance. Will they bother with trying to straighten it out or just want to replace it? Thx guys

I think that they will replace it if it's badly bent and banged up.
