Damn Rain

So I was out driving around, and out of no where, the freaking sky just opened up, so I instantly slowed to 35, hoping to make it Home without incident, and then it happened the rear of the car just walked around to the front and well I found a mail box, After I just got done saying that the ET Streets werent that bad in the rain, but then again the first time I drove it it had been raining for a while, and today it just started, well below are some pics, I was scared as hell, I had my 4 yr old nephew in the back seat, he was more shaken up then anything, Just let this be another lesson for anyone thinking of driving with the ET Streets in the rain, I have had cars give notice, but this time it just came around absolutely no warning signs. I hope everyone else has had a better day.

i meant to say that, it did a 180, I was in the other lane going the other way, damn cop gave me a ticket for crossing the ceter line, but hey i am unhurt and my nephew is just fine, had the tow guys take it to the house, didnt want to try driving in the rain again today. The only damage is what you see in the last picture and the pass bumper by the fog light is a little messed up. But at least we are ok.

Damn that really sucks, Glad you are ok, and car isnt hurt to bad. I DD my car on ET street radials, even in the snow, your right they do suck in the rain, i go like 55 on the highway when its raining.

I hate the way my KDWS look, but they do well in the rain. They came with the car and I'm going to wear them out gracefully, because I cant afford to burn up tires.

I need an extra pair of rims so I can put cheapy used tires on.

Well I just bought the car on the 3rd, and I havent had a chance to purchase any new tires for it, the ets are still pretty new, so I do not want to just take them off plus they hook so well, i love being able to drop the clutch and know that I will just go, and not spin. But I will deff be looking for a good set of street tires that I can use once these are done.

I'd go to court on that one too, did the cop think you were pulling some stunt while it was raining with a 4 yr old in the back seat.

As he was getting out of the car he "Basically" taold me to go to court and the DA "SHOULD" help me, he made it obvious that he was trying to be nice, but the TOW Truck driver told me, the Trooper, is one of the BIGGEST A$$WHOLES in the county that I live in, so the fact that I only got a ticket for crossing the lines is amazing, I plan on going to talk to the DA, If all else fails, The Sherrif of the County lives 2 houses down from me, So... But yeah i should be ok, I hope.
