What would be a decent price for a '65-'66 coupe 289 CID w/ C4? Very little rust (or at least not structural) but worn paint. Maybe even a few small parts missing (nothing that effects the function of the vehicle).

All this and available in the St. Louis area.

A friend recently sold his late wife's '65 coupe for $2,500. It was a driver in need of cosmetics like paint and interior, but overall was a nice, rust-free car that had never been modified. Sounded a bit low to me, but coupes are fairly easy to find.
