Nah, it's literally in a parking lot of the stadium here Qualcomm. No concrete launch pad, and dusty as hell. But you can't much but K-rail from the sides, and no bleachers. All the vid coulda seen was headlights. But going again this weekend to a decent track, and add some timing. I figure it will need 4-5 just to get it to stop backfiring in the intake. Hard to do a burnout right now, or come up on the brake.

Barona 1/8th Mile Drags
This is where we are for the good traction. Plan on going the 2 at least. We are having an open house on the 1st. So I may not be able to make it. But not sure if I want to go to that gay arm drop crap. I can't stand Rich Christensen, and I'm not hot lapping a turbo car, especially without an IC. I may go to try to get the sticker on T.V. :Track:

Dyno'd the heap last night and it made 536 rwhp. Started out on the first pull at 512rwhp. thinking the turbo may be close to being maxed out without the IC. I'm sure the inlet temp is up there a good bit. The fuel curve looks like a roller coaster right now because I had to roll into it. I found two problems on the dyno. The secondaries are extremely lean on the pump shot. I didn't know that before because the tires would always just come loose. No load, no lean spot. And the turbo seal leak at the top end. So no I need to put in a restrictor.
So we'll see what the new hp does at the track next weekend.

Update:
Went up last night and track was prepped. Scraped 100ft out to concrete and sprayed twice. I went to a track rental so it was me and 3 other cars. Then a of ended up chipping and getting in a little later in the night. Wanted to check the suspension in the 60ft. First time it spun, next time it went a 1.43 ! I was ready this time. Car came down and I took it out the to the 100 ft and shut it down. Next pass I made was a full one.
1.47 60ft
6.47@107.4
I ran another 6.47 a 6.48 and a 6.50.
As the night went on the track just got colder and colder. I wanted a 1.39 60 so I pulled the 3k pill out and the let the converter have it. Leaves with 14psi but the track wouldn't take it. It still did a 1.43 again, but it was spinning them pretty good. Same 60 as 10psi, but a WHOLE lot more violent ! time to tear it down and re-ring it. If I can figure the reason the car shuts off between 2 and 3rd shift 6.30's shoulda been cake.

Took it to Dyno mite tuning. It's really cheap if you can tune yourself. Was on the dyno for probably 3 hrs and cost me 80 bucks. Pay by the pull.
Don't have one yet, not sure if we will ever get one. everyone around here wants a custom tune for EFI for 300 bucks. Not worth the headache.

Your 60's are impressive!

6.47s is approx. 10.23s in 1/4 mile, which is respectful...

(6,47x1,5822)

Keep up the good works

i ran a 10.00 with a 6.47. turbo cars usually shine in the back half, so 1.55 works out a little closer.

Lots of fun now, but need more. How's yours ? Getting the IC here pretty soon I think. So your fuelie be up probably before mine. Got the TB coming, but still need to make rails and mounts for them to my intake.

Thanx LW Horse. Hope to see 1.3's next outting.
