There is hope for that vert yet. I put down a 14.99 as my quickest time the last race season with just the mods listed below. I am planning on 4.10's and new axles and sub frame connectors before next race season and I think it will put me in the low 14's if not better.
how do i improve my 60'?? becuase i don't have the money for new tires, and if i rev up to about 1.5k thats right before they start to break. the get off the break and on the gas they spin... from a dead stop they spin... do i HAVE to go into the gas, or can i romp it and hope they don't spin... because thats hurting my 60' bad!!
Reaction time has NOTHING to do with the 60'![]()
Actually G-Techs are very accurate if the road is flat. I have an old one from back in 2000ish and I took it to the track with me one day and set it up before I did my run. It was always with in .1 of the track time, now the MPH is off but they even tell you that, its usually 5-6mph high.
If you race on a road with any type of slight hills it will throw the time off. There is a road that I've been racing on since I got my car that is very flat and its .2-.3 off compared to what I run at the track.
the x pipe is not hurting your performance or low end one bit. Thats garbage. Learn to drive your car, get some traction, and dont use the old school gadgets(whatever they call them) because they dont work. Get your car out to the track for testing. GTECH's and the others suck, and arent accurate
