Do 4cyl springs drop the front of the car?

Do the springs out of a 4cyl mustang drop the front of the car at all? Do they help with the launch at all? Is there any advantage to having them in the front or the back? thanks

they don't have many advantages to launching but they will drop the front end.

Seems to me like they'd let the front end rise easier and shift weight to the rear, which would help your launch. I'm pretty sure this is why anyone would want to use them on the front, otherwise you could just cut your stockers if you're looking for a cheap lowering job

putting 4cyl in the front will drop ~1.5". i had them in the front, put my v8's back in and didn't really notice a difference at the track. driving on the street was a little sloppy with the 4cyl and no sway bar.
