I have a fox with a build 306 with all upgrades. Just got a s trim and plan to run 6-8psi. I have the 42lb injectors 190 pump and a t-rex inline. I am woudering if I need the fmu and if I do which one do I get. Also do I need the boost timing retard unit?
Sounds good from what i read. Ive never messed with any tuning device, so maybe its time. There is alot of different units out there to chose from tho.
you do not want to start playing with timing and fuel mapping unless you know what you are doing. You can run rich all day long but lean once and it is an expensive lesson. I agree with the others in letting an experienced tuner set up the car, either in person or through the mail.
