Does a 89 8.8 have a trac loc diff ?????

does anybody know if the 89 8.8 has a traction lock diff?, i bought an 89 8.8 i am putting in 3.55 and want to rebuild diff but my 95 is only car so i have to drive it to work, so i cant really put it on js and remove the trac loc and rebuild unless i have too.

it does have a trac loc---wether or not it still works is anyones guess

it has 89,000 miles on it no scraping noises i am going to put in all new bearing/seals kit from 50restos.com and put in my 95 supp. axles.

is it the same as the 94-95 tracloc?
