Does fenderwell CAI make an Accufab TB whistle louder

Out of curiosity i was wondering does a fenderwell cai make the accufab tb whistle louder than a K&N FIPK or other brand that does not mount outside the fenderwell?

hmm.. I wouldn't think so because there's not a huge difference in the power CAI's make. Of course there's always brands claiming they make more.. but I don't think it would be significant enough to change the sound
