dont know anything about FMU"S which one to go with

I want to know which FMU I should go with or if I should just use my stock computer with a chip in my 1990 5.0. I am close to being a turbo car that is is currently using 42 lb injectors, might go higher and will boost 20-25 at the track 6-8 on the street. What should I go with and what exactly will it be capable of doing??? Thanks guys!
