RC, heres a pic of my clock pod and center console painted... I finally got around to painting my door pods today and I'm going to let them dry over night and put them in tomorrow when I get home from work.

See, NOW, I cant tell in that pic, but you should accent the A/C Vents (outer ones) by painting the outern sq frame black...That would look nice!

what red? I can always paint it back to black if I dont like it later on so we'll see how it goes.

don... I plan on getting black seats and MAYBE black carpet. That'll even it all out a lot better.

RC, I'll have to get another pic and photoshop the AC vent black to see what it'll look like. Should look

Zach, Im eventually gonna do the sq, then do the Mustang letters on the pass side and the horse on the S.W. That should break up the tan on the dash..

Zach - All that red is a killer on the eyeballs, especially in the light. I like it with the black seats and carpet. That, IMO, looks awesome.

I'm defently going to go with black seats but only once I have some extra $$$ to throw around. Like I said... If I dont like it I can always repaint it back to black. I'd just buy a new shifter bezel because my cigarette lighter broke off in that one so the piece is just holding on by a little bit. Same for my door pods... they are all worn out and a clip of each is broken off so I'd just get new ones of thoes too.

Zach, What you need to do is photo shop the A/C vents, but ONLY do the sq frame AROUND the vents in black, and leave the actual vent red..

As far as the clips, My driver's side is broke, and I just slip the upper tab in the slot, and I have some double stick tape on the lower portion, where the clip would go. The handle ends up with a very slight wobble, but all in all, holds up pretty well, considering it gets grabbed all the time.

let me know if that works..

Oh, and Im still planning Towers for next week...7/30

RC - Looks good! Personally i'd leave it the way it is. I think if you paint the door handle cups red it will start looking bad because the red won't match the tan. Don't go too far or you'll start getting close the the line of rice...LOL

BUT right now, the cups are out. But what I think IS IN for sure is the sq frame around the outer A/C Vents (that's how the Roush's are done), and probably "mustang" letters above the dash and the pony on the S.W.

RC, looks good, I like the metallic look for sure, I might have to try something like that soon, only I too, will do silver, since my interior is all black. I don't even mind the 3 different colors, they seem to work for me.

Zach, I think with the black carpet and seats it looks great, but, just a shot in the dark on this one, I think it would look better if you were to pick up a set of bucket seats. That might make a world of difference....

that's what i was thinking, i mean, you don't need sport seats at this point, stick with GT seats, they're as nice as they come, as far as i'm concerned.
