Hey, I want to get some drag tires for my Mustang GT. I want to know if a 255x50x16 tire will fit on a stock 16" wheel and fit under my stang with no rubbing or no problems like that. Thanks.

You should have no problems with that, but you have to chsk the width of the rim to see if a 255 will fit comfertably. If you don't know, go to www.discounttiredirect.com and put your car info in and it'll tell you the biggest tire you can put on there

Yeah, that will fit fine. You're looking at Mickey Thompson ET Street radials?? You should be! They are great tires, I love mine (I use them for daily driving LOL).

Yup, exact tires I was looking at. Gonna get a set for my stock wheels.

Stock wheels are 16x7.5 I found out, gotta see what the rim diameter I can use a 255 M/T street radial on.

M/T says they fit, but a 255 on a 7.5" rim doesnt look stoopid does it?
