Dyno horsepower book

I found this book at Barnes and Noble book store, Building 4.6/5.4 Ford horse power on the dyno. The book was done in 2006 so it's current. The book shows what parts give what gains as far as horsepower and torque. Great book lot's of good info. It might answer how much horsepower you get from a mod
