Electric Fan cooling in "HOT" Texas ???

I have the dual fan/DC controller set-up. It runs at 180 all day long, even w/ A/C on. The fan is an OEM Ford unit from the SVT Contour. See Search Results for " dccontrol.com " for specs on fan. Baskin makes a great controller that I wholeheartedly endorse.

I use a Dodge Intrepid dual fan on my 69 F100 w/a 390 in it. I use the truck to haul my camper during the summer. I've been in traffic with 90 degree weather on several occasions and the fan keeps it cool. It's has a thicker housing so I'm not sure if it'll fit on the Mustang. I have a Mark VIII in my 5.0

im new to the website, so im sorry if this is posted somewhere else. Im wondering what years are suggested for the mark viii fans? Im running a 351 Cleveland in a 94 mustang with a 3row aluminum radiator so needless to say the stock 3.8L fan is not keeping it cool. and also as far as fan depth roughly how much thicker of a fan is it than the stock 3.8L fan? clearance is an issue between the new radiator and engine

A 3.8L Taurus fan might be a better option. Before prices went through the roof, Viper fans were a nice option as well.
