I don't know about you guys, but I used to use Black Magic or Armoral on my dash and other panels, but it leaves a greasy residue. I tried this new stuff that 5.0 magazine did a little write-up about, it's called Plastic Renew by PetCar. I tried it out yesterday on my car and it's amazing. Here's two pics...

There's no residue, it doesn't attract dust, and it lasts for years. There's really no negatives to this stuff except you have to wear gloves to put it on cause it burns. I'm gonna buy another bottle and do my whole interior.

That stuff is mainly meant to restore color to faded plastic from what I understand.

If you want a good dressing I suggest Duragloss, I used to use Black Magic before that.

If you have to wear gloves to apply it I would not even consider it. That tells me their are way to strong chemicals/solvent in it. If your looking for a nice matte look with no greasy finish and doesn't attract dust 303 aerospace protectent is awesome and has a spf rating of 40 to help preserve your vynile/leather from uv rays.

That is what they advertise and mine was slightly being a vert, but this stuff shines better than Black Magic or 303, and you don't have to do it nearly as often. All I can say is I'm impressed and won't be using anymore store bought cleaners/shines.

I use Pledge. Works well for me -- repels dust and looks nice.

That 303 is good stuff too. A guy I know uses the 303 as a base and puts Duragloss on top for some shine, looks real good

The way I see it, is if you have to wear gloves and it's dangerous crap, it's probably awsome an actually works.

I have great luck with STP's Son of a Gun! It is not greasy and leaves just the right amount of shine.
