Yes I know there is a faq page but, I never understood the wire diagrams and I hate posting this "beat a dead horse" question. I feel like I'm asking about thumper heads or mufflers. No offense to those who do. Can somebody please explain to me step by step how they made their fan come on manually or what would cause my fan not to come on at all? It's starting to get hot here and my car runs hot as it is. Thanks for your understanding.

1) Buy toggle switch
2) find pin # 17 on ccrm plug
3) splice into that with wire to switch
4) hook a ground wire to switch
5) flip switch on
6) listen for fan

Also your key has to be on the "ON" position...or of course, nothing will happen.

OK here's the deal. Fan switch works with the ignition off. The switch does not work with the ignition on or when the car is running. I have done everything as instructed above perfectly. What is the problem????!!!!!!!!
