OK so I am a poor Airman and need help maximizing bang for the buck. I want to keep my Mustang naturally aspirated till the warranty is gone (translation I can't afford a super or turbo charger and know nothing about nitrous other than I don't go to the track). So I have read that a CAI and Tuner are is the first thing that our ponies need. So who does the best CAI and Tuner package. I know the tune makes or brakes the whole deal and in some cases the car. I have seen a lot of this is the greatest intake but no one talks about the same intake kit with different tunes. So I pose the question, best tune & intake kit package on the market.
I was think about Part Shopper's DeMolet, JLT's kit, or the C&L - DIABLOSPORT - MOTOBLUE from RPM outlet.

for many reasons (carbon fiber is always a plus, plastic will not absorb heat the way metal will, it will cool down faster, great craftsmanship, customer service! just to name a few). Next up some lower control arms 
to help with that damn rear wheel Seizure
