I saw a listing on ebay for a Ford Racing Fuel door (bullit style) for a 2005 and a 2006. It doesn't appear to me that it has the body line to fit. I sent the seller an email to see if perhaps there was a missprint. He sent me back an email saying to not buy from him.
I was shocked. How rude.
His rudeness aside, does anyone know if Ford Racing does make such a fuel door that fits the 2005 and 2006?

thats ebay for you. people label stuff wrong just to get someone to buy it. the rule of thumb is "if it dont look right, its not."

i have not seen one from FRPP.

I did an extensive search of Ford Racing's web site and finally found it. There is a Ford fuel door for a 2005-2007. It was difficult to find, but it is there. I just don't know why the ebay seller had to be so rude.

I purchased the honeycomb panel from Silverhorse Racing months ago. They are great to deal with. Ford's door is cheaper but it doesn't look as good. I can't decide if I want one or not. With the fake emblem on the rear, which looks like a gas cap, I don't know if I want to draw that much attention to the actual fuel door.

Looks kinda rice to me. Of course, if you're going to add chrome trim on the fenders, it might go together...LOL.

That's exactly what part of me thinks. I think I'll I pass at least for now. I'm still upset, though, about rude people on ebay. Why can't we all just get along?

It says it will fit. But is the bend there for the body line?

if you look closely, it appears that there is a bodyline right above the two upper "bolts" on either side.

if ford racing is selling it, i would assume that it would fit the car properly. for nearly $100, i am out. i can find better ways to spend $100 IMO.

I would choose not to draw the attention to the body line since you have the retro fuel door on the trunk lid.
