Well I had a leaky head gasket that had a runner into one of the water ports. It would bubble all my water out then over heat :Damnit:

What gaskets do you guys use? I need new head gaskets and since I'm going to use nitrous when I get all these little bugs worked out I was thinking of one of the flat out gaskets thats copper with rubber coating? I'm also getting some arp head studs...over kill right :D

Other nitrous users including myself will agree that felpro replacements work fine. 10secgoal...when he had his nitrous used them and never blew one. I use them and they work great. Unless your running a extreme high compression engine (like most of the stroker users) with nitrous, I wouldnt worry about it.

My compression is around 10.5:1 and I had the felpros and they leaked but it looked like it may have been just a bad gasket. I'm haveing my heads checked for trueness to make sure they aren't warped today just to be on the safe side. I thought about going back with the felpros, I did on the exhaust and intake but I ended up getting the flat outs. They where 40 bucks more than a set of felpros and I hope they are worth the extra dough! I'm just getting tired of all these bugs lol.
