Throw out bearing was just replaced with brand new clutch and rebuilt transmission. Just for kicks I even disconnected the clutch fork and pulled the bearing off the clutch same noiseSounds like the throw out bearing to me.
I had a car do that.... disconnect the hose on the valve cover.
The house was pulling a vacuum on the crankcase. It made a rediculous whining noise. Disconnected that hose and the noise stopped. Used on of those little breather filters....problem solved.
I ran it without the accessory belt already no changeTry taking the accessory belt off, honestly can't tell with that short video.

Been there done that with a BBC..... The fix was to put a breather in the other valve cover without the PCV valve....I had a car do that.... disconnect the hose on the valve cover.
