Foxes vs. 94-95's

I think there is just more availability of 5.0 foxes. Whenever I see a 94-95, its hardly ever a GT. All chick V6 cars. No offense to the 3 ladies on the boards.

But in New England at least, you can't go for a walk without tripping on an old Fox, they are EVERYWHERE.

I guess my point was just that we arent fast enough to say that their car is a dog.
I think you have a good point.

Fact is, even a Fox body is not exactly faster -- sure, a notch has a noticable weight advantage, but the hatchback LX adds a fair amount to that, and a Fox body GT is just barely lighter than a 94/95 GT. Back when I had my 1990 GT, I used to race my friend all the time in his '94 GT ... and I pulled only very slightly on him. And his was a vert :nonono:. Hahaha....

Stock vs stock vs stock, none of them were especially fast by today's standards. All of them can be quite quick with carefully planned mods. You just have to decide which flavor you want. :)
