fuel injector size/brand

The stock style Bosch injectors are just fine for your application. Assuming you're running an FMU (Fuel Management Unit) on the fuel rail, you should be able to run your stock 19lb injectors without issue for all the power your car will be making. If you plan on ditching the FMU and going with an ECU tune instead, I'd go with a minimum 30lb/hr units. Those should be sufficient for your power needs. You should be able to find them on Ebay for a couple hundred dollars.
