If you can even FIND a Craftsman wrench or a Chevy Cavalier (and not one of the god awful Peysahk or Peugot cars they have there) it'll be exorbitantly expensive. Durable goods are incredibly expensive in Iran and truly the rate of poverty is unbelievable in most regions of the country. But I could go on for days since my field of study is Iran and Afghanistan. Anyway...
