Getting ready to fire it up for first time

Quick question for all you Mustang nuts. I'm finally getting ready start my Mustang for the first time after complete rebuild. My question is, while I know I will need to do something with the computer to make this car run right, will it even start after the following mods with stock computer?

Roush 200 heads
Crane Cams roller rockers
FMS E303 cam
Eccel #24 injectors/ adjustable fuel regulator
155l/h fuel pump
Trick Flow streat heat intake
70mm TB
C&L 73mm MAF
BBK shorties/Pypes X/Flowmaster Cats

it should start but may idle like crap though

itll start but like guero said itll probably idle poo, you can just bump the idle up some and temp solve this untill u get a tune
