going to mess with timing tonight at track ....need help

14..iron heads will not want much more..especially on a higher milage engine full of carbon deposits.

Derek posted a good all-around number. But it varies for everyone. And right before making a pass isnt necessarily the time to make timing changes that one hasnt already made before, IMHO.
