Got a 2.8 (or similar)? Get in here

Hey all I just ordered my 2.8 from JDM and the guy was telling me that I need to do that Boost Bypass??

I have heard of this so I am not an extreme newbie. But I need some people to shed some light on why I need it.

I will be running with a 2.8 tune from Superchips.

Just have them turn off torque management in the tune. Unless you are power shifting your car I don't feel the boost bypass does anything for you. It's a safety device, leave it alone....

I agree with meat. Any good chip and the bypass prob is gone. Dont waste your money on some "kit". If it bothers you that much dissconnect the solinoid.
