Congrats dude. My girl and I just took a trip down to our proposed relocation area and ultimately decided on renting vs. owning for a couple years or so. Time allowances = rent and don't worry about anything. The money won't matter, it's a time and stress issue. Can't wait 'til we do own a home though (for more reasons than one, haha)

thanks, the big one is from a burnout contest, i won 3rd. ya i figure rent for a lil while. that way i dont have to deal with any problems the place may have later on and what not.

Awesome man. Good for you. Big is overrated, it just costs you mod money. Keep it simple, affordable and liveable and your set. Don't get stupid like some people do and max themselves out and be house poor.
