Hey, just wanted to mention UPR has 20% off all x-pipes until Dec.31st. I got the catted pipe for a 96GT delivered for $260 which is a great deal. A guy mentioned the coupon code in the UPR vs. Pypes thread......

Last week I ordered the UPR off road X and the new firewall adjuster. I cost me $183 shipped, and should be here the 12th! I also heard about the 20% off!!!

yep, it was alluminized to my knowledge...... But half the price of stainless. Should still last 2-4 years at least. Look at the factory exhaust on my 96, alluminum mufflers and midpipe still fine, no holes 10 years later??? I thought 260 delivered for a catted pipe which should sound smooth and UPR is good stuff usually, was a very good deal. To each his own though on all. vs. stainless. Use the 250 savings somewhere else.....used tuner.... etc.

If you don't live near salt water or drive in a snowy area where they treat the roads with salt, there is nothing wrong with aluminumized.
