Have some v-6 wheels for slicks.

well, I'm back from the track and after getting the hang of the slicks I managed a 1.78 60ft. on them! I could probably do better with some more practice since I only have about 12 runs on the slicks.

on a side note, It felt so AWSOME having traction out of the hole! felt like a fricken rocket and threw my head back! I can't imagine what it feels like to pull a 1.5 or below!

15 inch wheels??

26x8.5x15 et drags
or like mentioned
26x10.5x15 et streets

i dont have any experience with the hoosiers, but i have used et drags and street a lot. my current set up is bias ply 26x11.5x17 et streets on stock 17x8 cobra wheels and im pulling some weak 1.6s with them. i need some susp work myself

well i think my tune is off since changing from the custom chip to the tweecer because my mph was down(or maybe it was the track or headwind or all three). but i did manage to beat my previouse best which is in my sig with a 13.34 @ 102.5

really would have liked to break into the 12's N/A but I don't think it will happen since i really don't want to spend a lot of time on the tune since i'm going to be putting the turbo kit on soon!

one other thing was on my last run i launched at about 5.5k rpm and it didn't bog, I felt some wheel hop but it still felt like it was gripping pretty good. but i guess i was spinning them because my 60ft. on that run was a 1.8xx

on the 1.7 60ft. times i think i was launching at about 4.5 to 5k rpm.

I was running 18psi. I think if I take them to the track again with the same setup i could probably play with them a little and get my launches dialed in a little better. but with that psi and track conditions 5.5k rpm seemed to be a little much for them. If you want all that you can get out your slicks you might want a 10.5" tire but as far as the hoosiers go they seem to stick pretty good!

yeah practice and you have to just forget everything you know about stock T-5's. that was my problem, i was worried about droppen the hammer at high rpm's and breaking stuff.

also the guy i bought the tires off of has a VW bug that runs 10's and he said the hoosiers gripped better than the 10.5" MT's. but its a completely different setup than mustang so i don't know if that holds true for all setups.

26x10.5.15 MT ET Streets work fine.

Just like mine

BTW i never test them on track, i made about 5 miles on street, and they handles good
