Head and cam combo?

I was just wondering what decent head and cam combo would be for a speed density car? I dont wanna get to wild of a cam just something mild thats speed density friendly.. I know i should of done a search... And i know i should switch to mass air but id rather wait for a super charger to do that...

Dunno, about what you wanna run .. but I run TFS Twisted Wedge Heads, with an Ed Curtis Custom Cam (like 700lift?)

I just want something thats gonna be a noticeable difference but not so noticeable that you can tell its got a cam by the way it idles... Id like to het low 13's at the track with it possibly 12's..

cheap head cam combo

i just got my car running last weekend, i went with thumpers combo. the heads looked great when i got them and the car sounds mean i have the ecam.the power is there i just need to get it tuned. but i love them

Look at my sig for my combo, it seems to run pretty good and it's still speed density. The only part that doesn't fit your needs is the idle, you can definately tell that it's cammed. Oh yeah, and occasionally it will hunt for an idle, but not all that often anymore.
