Head Question

Found a 4 cyl head that I could get for near nothing. It is a D6 part number and has round ports. Does this have any value or am I looking at a boat anchor here.
My first reaction was that it was a 2000cc head. It is complete and NOS. still has the dealer sticker on the box.
Is there a place I can look to help clear up the round/oval/D port confusion?

If it has round intake ports it could be a Ranger 2.0L head.

If it has 3 cam towers, it's a Pinto 2.0L head.

That's about all I could tell you, though.
