You should be fine with that timing level.
Run some NGK R5724-8 plugs

I have this coming week off so I was also going to swap to the volvo cooler. Will that help with the time anymore or just make where I can run it more times without losing anything to heat soak?

a single volvo cooler flows about the same as a stock SVO cooler.
but it cools better.
So it's a toss up.
What air cleaner you got?

I was shifting the turbo car at 6K.
I would probably shift an N/A car at 4k(peak hp is at 3800 on the older engines)

I did on previous times but not on the last visit to the track it ran almost back times when I shifted differently. But that was with a Big SVO cam. Now it has a stock 88 TC cam out of the red car. I'm not sure of the difference in specs on the cams but I also plan on swpping back to that and to a RR and stick with a stock cam pulley to see what happens.

I now have the ability to go to the track once a week so I plan on making one decent change each week to see how much things actually help.

I was wondering if they made it?? I had a bunch of people come up and look at the car but no one acted like they had heard of the car before.

I called ben (koolaid4cyl) and he said he had a graduation party he had to set up for. And dad had to go to a dinner with friends.

I'm rounding the boys up and we're deffinately heading out there this Thursday. Rain or shine, lol.

Cool I'm going to try to make an intercooler change for this week and see if I can end the life of this 7.5" rear. Its been "clacking" these last 2 trips but refuses to break the rest of the way.
It did rain last week and I was mad becuase we left here late. We pulled up at the track and the track was being dried and it was only 15 cars there and most of those guys were from luray.

Will we being seeing the neon up there? I'm ready to run you.
