I got an 02 GT not too long ago... put some Flowmaster Super 40's on it... haha I swore that's all I would do but this stuff is damn addictive, I want an O/R mid pipe now but I have no clue what to get. The Super 40's have nice tone, but I can barely hear them... everyone talks so much about the "dronemaster" thing, I really thought they would be louder... nope! I drove a stang with an o/r X once and it made all these "swooshing" and "scraping" sounds at WOT... do all off-road pipes do that? I found it so annoying so im wondering if they are ALL like this? I guess I could get used to it though. Also do they drone bad or not? I basically want something that will enhance the really deep tone of the flows, i'm more about tone than volume. (but i do want to hear them)

mac prochamber, :nice: i'll post a mp3 of it on mine tomm. or any o/r h would prob. be fine too. anytime u lose the cats, u will get a little more swooshy sounding, but that is a good thing. no more bottleneck in the exhaust. to me, x sounds raspier, but not as whooshy. ok, im all out of adjectives.

EVERYONE HAS THERE OWN OPINION.
I HAVE 40 SERIES FLOWS AND A MAC H PIPE AND MINE SOUNDS LIKE A BEAST.
DR GAS X PIPE, MAGNAFLOW, MAC, BASSANI, THESE ALL SOUND REALLY GOOD.
PROCHAMBER AS WELL, I WENT WITH THE H PIPE BECAUSE I FOUND IT CHEAP ON E BAY FOR $100 AND COULDN'T PASS THAT UP. IT SOUND SO GOOD THOUGH, BUT ANY OF THESE WILL SOUND REALLY GOOD
