help with cams?

hey im about to order my exhaust soon and i want to get cams also.im thinking like a 226 degree but im not sure about the duration. also if i should go a little lower then 226 degree?

Need more info to help people know what your doing/power adder?/rpm range?/street or race?/and so on.
