Man that firewall adjuster i got from you is confusing me.......

i can't figure out how to get the factory piece off of the cable. the crimp part on the factory cable is too large for it to slip over it...


HELP.... will take pics if needed.

If you're talking about what I think you are you need to pull the rubber bushing off. Then grind down the small tabs on the cable, then fit the firewall adjuster on.

tha above is what i am talking about.... i search for some install instructions but came up with nothing....\\


i would think you would cut that whole thing off and just slipp the cable into the firewall adjuster... they appear to be the same size...'

the whole thing gets cut off.....

what about the spring, which way does it go... i didn't look b4 i pulled the pin out of the stock one......lol thanks btw

Honestly you got me on this. UPR put it in for me many moons ago. Green 94 took it out. I have no clue.

haha....lol i got it in.. i did as said above and cut the little thing off..... I went to work and cut a bracket to hold it in place as well......

it seems to work fine.... better clutch feel than the stock stuff that's for sure.... thanks again man
