A guy at work is trying that on an old cheap car. I'll let you know how it turns out.

And it's not water powered. It converts water to hydrogen, which is burned along with gas. They claim something like 20-35% average increase in mileage, with up to 75% increase with other modifications.

Yeah the end result is hydrogen, I think it's neat tho, please post up the results should be very interesting no doubt.
