And it's not water powered. It converts water to hydrogen, which is burned along with gas. They claim something like 20-35% average increase in mileage, with up to 75% increase with other modifications.

Yeah the end result is hydrogen, I think it's neat tho, please post up the results should be very interesting no doubt.

Yeah I am pretty sure Mythbusters checked that out.
If I remember correctly it the system actually did make some hydrogen, but it was sooooo slow that you could never make enough to actually run on.
