How do you remove interior panels?

For all of those with a 94-04 Mustang, I was wondering how you remove the side panels in the interior of the vehicle. I've already tried searching but have had no luck. I'm talking about the big side panels that are directly under the quarter window and extend below the rear seat cushion. I've already removed the rear seat but don't see how you get those panels off w/out worrying about breaking the things. Thanks in advance.

Remove all the trim fasteners preferably with a trim removal tool. Then the panel should just come out. Be careful with the rubber stripping by the window. Make sure when you reinstall it that you get it in there perfect or it will rattle. Take the opportunity to clean back there and possibly install sound deadening material if you wish.
