How do you remove the

Pump cam, on a Holley mechanical secondary carb???
There is an "E" Clip, it looks like it should be a stud, and yet I can't just pull it off, and the whole thing acts like it's threaded into the base plate. However, the cam arm won't have enough clearance to un-thread, even if you remove the throttle plate assy. W.T F!!

There is a screw that holds it on.

Not the actual cam, (Sorry, I should have been more specific) the arm that pushes down on the accelerator pump for the secondary bowl.

There should be a clip holding it on. easy to get off.

I did remove the "E" clip, hence the question....

In case anyone else runs into this problem, I ended up with the carb upside down in a vice, and used a 'hot wrench' to break the rust free. Took a few minutes between heat and leveraging, but it finally came off. Not nearly as easy as it should have!
