Ive had mine since April of 2005, made a half ass attempt to sell it once to get a GN then decided that was a dumb idea. Don't plan on selling it now, big plans......

Bought my LX in Sept 2003, it had 19,000 miles on it. I'm closing in on 200,000

Never thought about unloading it.

I've had mine for 20 years, 11 months and 21 days. On March 31st it will be 21 years since I picked it out on the dealer's lot. I've never seriously considered selling it, since I don't want to do like my father; he sold his 65 fastback for $200 back in 1976. Wish I had that car now!

My wife agrees with your comment Mansonozz... if it were up to her I'd probably be buried in it! LOL! But I actually have the car mentioned in my will; it will be given to my brother in law if something happens to me. He was 16 when I got it and he was living with us. He got to take it on his first date with his now wife and to his prom, so it has sentimental value to him too!

I kept the droptop 4-5 yrs and sold it. After that I havent kept any of them.

I have had my 93 for a few months now. I am keeping it as a daily driver. It seems I always get out of stangs for awhile and then end up getting another one.
So I henestly plan to keep the 93 around. I looked for awhile before I got it. I wanted a clean low rust fox. This one was a bonus because it was super clean and very little rust and it has the same interior as the 93 cobra.

It's been in the family since brand new, Feb. 1991, It's been mine almost 4 years now. The only time I wanted to sell it, and I wasn't being real serious about it, was when one problem after another started coming up. But that's the beauty of older cars, something breaks, you fix it, you're happy again!

OR

Something breaks you mention it to wife. She Bitches and Complaines about your POS car blah blah blah..... meanwhile, off you go to the garage to fix it, then your happy cause its fixed. Then you Re-enter the house and wife still feels the urge to bitch and complaine some more about you POS car blah blah blah..... So off you go to the garage to wash off the grub look at your car and feel good that you just saved a ton by doing it yourself.

Thank god for garages. A safehaven for married men.

I bought mine on 7/30/06 when i was 16. it was a 4 cylinder car that I found on the side of the road for $900. I bought it, drove it for a while, parked it for the winter, swapped it, drove it all last summer, pulled the motor back out and am rebuilding it and am going to paint the car this year.

Mine is not a 5.0, but I have had mine for 14 yrs 7 months, bought new from the dealership in 93. No intentions of selling it, but am looking to add a newer stang to the stable maybe late next year when finances allow.

You're 16. She could be a lesbo for all you know and want you for your soft facial features

I have been riding in mine since it was new. I got it right before I turned 15 and was allowed to start modding it, O/R H was the first thing I did to it, I remember being so excited going to Mustangs Unlimited to pick it up. Now almost 4 years later I am rebuilding the engine and I want to sell it every time I look at it, BUT when it is done, I know it is going to be a bad mother. PS I am waiting on a damn piston ring from summit, I snapped one when I was putting the ring compressor on. The end of the ring came out of the groove slightly and it got crushed by the compressor

I ordered mine on Oct 30th, 1987, it arrived the 23rd of December that same year. Best Christmas ever. In that time I've also had 2 86 GT's, a 90 LX(also bought new), an 89 notch I bought from my brother, an 83 Capri RS, an 84 Capri turbo, another 89 LX hatch, and one I picked up as a parts car for that last hatch, but when I cleaned it up, will get done up real nice. Its an 88 LX hatch just like my real one. Whenever I want to sell, I take it out on one of the spares. Also, a 55 Chevy, and a 67 GTO. Nothing else feels like a 5.0.The Stripptmobile will alway be mine, then my sons, and so on. As it should be.

I bought my LX in September 1994 with about 48k on it. It has just over 150k now. I don't think I could ever part with it now.
