How much are new tremec 3650's, to much trouble for 3550 or tko

I'm in need of a new tremec 3650. Where do I get one from besides the dealer. I don't want a used one either. I've thought about putting in a tko or 3550. But theres to much crap you need to do. Like the tko needs a bigger clutch and a speed sensor pickup modification, 3550 needs a 87-95 driveshaft and the same speed sensor thingy. Or would it be cheaper to just have my 3rd gear rebuilt. How much would that cost me.
