I have not messed with tweecer for a while and forgot the steps to datalog.

I have version 1.30a9, but i can't find the input/output. I try doing all steps but that, but my fuel pump does not whine like it used to.

This is the step i cant figure out
6) Click the tab at the top labeled "Input / Output".

Hmm - here's what I do to datalog...

Connect to your car via USB or Serial.

The green light at the bottom of Calcon or CalEdit (next to the "TwEECer RT" logo) will be lit showing that the twEECer is connected and recognized.

In CalEdit, pick your datalog items and then "write to twEECer"

Head on over to CalCon....

To start datalogging, click the red "Start logging" light and make sure the "Log to file" checkbox next to it is checked.

Is that what you're after?

that sounds like what I was doing. It is too hot to mess with it now but this is what I was doing.

Utilites
click the saved payload with data logging checked
then I would write to tweecer
then switch to calcon and hit start logging
the data light would comeon, but nothing is working
volts stayed the same, nothing moved

I found an old post by me, maybe it will help. I just have not messed with this for months and forgot.

edit: when i write to the tweecer the fuel pump does not make a noise

Sounds like you've got the right steps - I can't remember if my fuel pump cuts on every time I load a tune or only when I cut the key "ON". I'll check it on the way to the track tonite - it's stormin' like mad outside right now.

Also make sure your switch isn't in position 5 (turned all the way to the right) - that cuts the twEECer off. I tried to datalog when I first got it on "5" and didn't get good results. :)

Hey - my fuel pump DOES NOT prime when I load a tune. It does prime when the when the ignition hits "ON" but it is a one time deal. Reading/writing to the twEECer does not cause my pump to prime.

I got it working. I messed with it more and the fuel pump, and fan kept running. Stuffed some paper between the tweecer and computer and it worked.
