I have a 2001 Cobra with pulleys,C&L 80mm with intake,xpipe w/cats,flows,diablosport hp tune. My first question is what is the rwhp for a stock 2001 Cobra??...I had my car dynoed this past weekend 289rwhp, this seems low to me just wanted to get some other opinions

They dynoed out at 275 RWHP stock.

Just curious but is the stock rwhp the same for the 99 Cobra as well? There is a guy who lives down the street from me who has one and has been trying to talk me into buying it...

The 99 SHOULD make the same horsepower as long as it got the fix. The 99s were overrated due to a intake manifold that did not flow as it should, most cars got fixed under a recall and should be the same as 01s.

Seems low to me....the lightly modded ones like yours seem like they make at least 300 RWHP

Yeah, 289 seems low for the mods you have. But like someone will eventually say, their only numbers. :Track:

Cmac are you the second owner? The reason I ask .... a baseline prior to mods would give you an idea of 'stock'. 'Stock' for your car.

Despite the light mods those numbers are in line ..... dependent on the tune of the motor. NA you should be right at 300rwhp, and you're not far off.
May just need a little more TLC to crack the 300 barrier.

I'm the second owner, when I bought it the only mod it had was 2chamber flows....thanks

Seems a bit low. There are guys with just exhaust and a tune hitting about 300rwhp. You have a few mods more than that and are still at 289.

what kind of Dyno was it? Remember guys, every dyno is different. If his car was heat soaked, then it was pulling timing bigtime, so his numbers may be right on for the conditions.
