Charles Darwin would love to see you do that.
I want nitrous.... my car burns oil and has 120k on the clock. Probabyl a brilliant idea right?![]()

dang!!!! lucky suckers! I paid 5.50 a lb it was crazy but well worth it. even though i sprayed almost everywhere hahaha its too much fun. especially in passing zones when you need to get around peopleHell yeah! Have fun with it!
$3/lb is a great price! I thought it was cheap around here at $3.25/lb.

if you dont wanna get a window switch or WOT switch hook the spray up to a push button. and besides its more fun anyways
i just bought a hurst shifter and thats what i used for activiation. enjoy the instant torque man. I sure miss it. far less problems than i have had with this kenne bell.
and a good bottle heater is the dyno tune nitrous bottle heater. it has a pressure monitor so you set what pressure you want to spray at and it will hold the bottle at that pressure. I mounted my pressure monitor to the bottle so i could leave the heater on all the time so it stays at that pressure so as the bottle gets lower it doesnt take forever to heat up. an also as a precaution too because if that pressure monitor is mounted on the nozzle of the bottle it doesnt monitor the pressure till you open the bottle which then it will continue to heat the bottle because its not getting a pressure reading.
Ryan, a Focus SVT fuel pump is a good idea. Its an easy install and you can get them pretty cheap on eBay. I got mine off this site from Ben(SaleenGT2001) a couple years ago.

Its an easy install
Do you know where a link for a write up is or can you PM me some instructions? I've looked all over for some instructions and can't seem to find any.

What kit?
There used to be a write-up but the webpage isn't up anymore. It really is a pretty easy job. Make sure you run the gas down in your tank as low as you can get it. It will make dropping the tank alot easier, lighter.
Basically this is what you have to do...
Put a floorjack under the gas tank, unbolt the gas tank(don't forget the 3 bolts for the filler neck by the gas cap), unplug all the wiring going into the basket, take the basket out, remove the stock pump(be careful not to lose any of the screws, they are really small), the focus pump will bolt right in, reinstall the basket, plug everything back in and bolt the tank back up. I would recommend you replace the filler neck grommet at this time also. It will eventually dry up and tear so now is a good time to put a new one on.
I rather run it off a WOT switch and hook a window switch up to it. Nothing against switches, but my luck I would get my timing wrong when shifting and forget to lift off the button, haha. I do like those shift knobs with the button on them, though.
I have a pressure gauge mounted to the bottle that reads it before the valve is opened, so whatever the bottle is doing the gauge is reading it. I have heard a lot of good things about Dyno Tune's products, but I'm going to see how well my rigged up heater does, lol.
As far as the torque, yeah, it is awesome. I am looking forward to getting the 100 jets in, and MAYBE the 125's... but I think that would exceed my high mile fuel system at the moment. I should probably look into a Focus pump and/or KB BAP. I watched your nitrous run that you posted on YouTube, and hearing how hard it hit was bad ass.

ya those were the days
I have had more problems with this kenne bell than I ever did spraying. Nitrous gets a bad rep because of people being done but in all honesty its more reliable than a blower! never had to worry about chucking belts back then. and had a fun car on motor then when i wanted more i had it at the push of a button. enjoy the spray! its the most fun you can have in a car with your clothes on![]()

hahahah very true. i was actually pretty quick on the button lol and was worried my first time of forgetting to let off when i shift lol but never had a problem with that. get a second 10lb bottle and that will help with keeping the pressure up down track. the one problem with nitrous is the longer your spraying pressure drops off and you arent getting the same hit so a second 10lb bottle running into the same line will help that or just get a single 20 but dual bottles just look sick!
I would sell ya my dyno tune nitrous heater for cheap if i wasnt gonna run nitrous again once i get the built motor lol. many people have offered to buy the kit off me but i have to turn them down cause i miss the juice big time![]()
