"we" build products and sell them, when someone is attempting to make false negative statements about said products and someone tags me in the post to defend the product and company is the only time I have interaction of FB besides giving free advice in the tuning forums. I am only of FB so I can easily talk with my customers and potential customers.

As far as videos go well... It is best to post them on yootoob and link them here. I had to fight just to make it so folks could host all of their images here. I really hate going back to really old threads etc., only to find that all the images and stuff are gone.
